Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) (m/w/d) to join their team in Munich, Germany


As a Sales Development Representative, it will be your responsibility to find and network with companies that offer the clients software solutions. You will be generating leads through calls, emails, and social media.


By working closely with the Marketing and Sales Teams, you will be developing new opportunities and innovative strategies for new business

Tasks:

  • You lead a high number of conversations to qualify leads (between 40 and 60 calls per day)
  • Approximately one-third of your time, you work on inbound marketing inquiries. The other two-thirds of your time, you will proactively deal with outbound activities and lead management
  • You work closely and cooperatively with your assigned 2-3 sales representatives and develop suitable lead strategies for the future
  • You will work internally with sales and marketing teams to optimize the software demos’ quality and quantity
  • You plan online product demonstrations for your assigned sales representative
  • You conduct telephone demand analyses in specific industries
  • You qualify effectively according to GPCT criteria
  • You are jointly responsible for the quality of the data in the CRM
  • You are the brand ambassador for the client

Qualifications:

  • Mother tongue German and excellent communication skills in English, Bonus languages but are not required: French, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian
  • First experiences as SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or similar position
  • The ambition to be one of the best in your field (i.e., you are in the top 5% of your group)
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-moving, challenging environment
  • The desire to exceed challenging goals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to deal with objections and rejections professionally
  • Almost fanatical attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
  • Focus on the right goals
  • Tremendous energy, passion, humor, empathy, and enthusiasm
  • Preferably Bachelor or similar education
